INDIANAPOLIS—September 28, 2010—Amerimar Management has received The Outstanding Office Building of the Year (TOBY®) Award for Indianapolis in the 250,000 to 499,999 square feet building category for its 101 West Ohio Street property. The TOBY® award program, presented by BOMA Indianapolis (Building Owners and Managers Association) is one the most prestigious and comprehensive programs of its kind in the commercial real estate industry, recognizing quality in office buildings and rewarding excellence in office building management.
